Class Meetings are held every Tuesday at 3:00 p.m. in the Library. All Juniors are welcome!

Ticket Price:  $25 each
 
Tickets on Sale:  

Thursday, May 8, 2008 (Lunch)
Friday, May 9, 2008 (After School – Early Release)
Monday, May 12, 2008 – Friday, May 16, 2008 (Lunch)
                                    (No School Wednesday, May 14, 2008)
 

Eligibility:         

1. Junior or Senior (Freshmen and Sophomores may attend only if accompanied by a Junior or Senior.)
2. No Failing Grades in any class
3. No more than two (2) truancies in any class
4. No major discipline issues or unserved detentions
 
Procedures:     

• Pick-up Dance Permission Form from the Student Life and Learning Office (Room 151).
• Fill in Name, ID, and Grade at top.
• Have all teachers complete appropriate boxes in table.  This includes study halland TA.  If you have a release, make sure it is clearly stated in table.
• Read the bottom portion carefully, and sign it.
• Have your parents read the Dance Permission Form and sign the bottom.  Make sure an emergency contact number is clearly listed.
• Return the completed Dance Permission Form to the Student Life and Learning Office at least one day prior to purchasing your ticket.

 
Non-Bradford Attendees:  A Dance Permission Form (blue) must still be completed following the above instructions.  However, your principal’s signature is also required.  If you have already graduated from high school, please indicate that on the form.  Remember to provide a photocopy of your ID (school, Driver’s License, or State ID).
 
Pictures:  Portraits will be taken by Prestige Portraits and must be ordered and paid for at Prom. 
Package and order information is available from the Student Life and Learning Office.

Reminder:  Return completed Dance Permission Forms to the Student Life and Learning Office at least one day prior to purchasing your tickets.  The last day to purchase tickets is Friday, May 17, 2008.
