AWARD:
$1,000 for 4 years to a maximum of $15,000 for 4 years.

ELIGIBILITY:
Applicants must be:

· A high school senior who is a US citizen . Selection will be based on ACT scores; grades; displayed leadership through employment, community and school; and financial need.

NOTE: Information must be submitted in the following order:

• Completed application
• Application essay
• Parental Financial Statement
• Official Transcript
• SAT/ACT scores (taken before dec. 31,06
• Counselor report in a sealed envelope
• 2 letters of recommendation
• copies of exhibits
