Eligibility:
Interested students must have:
>attended Roosevelt Elementary School for at least three consecutive years
>Have a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher
>Plan to attend a 2 year or 4 year college
>Complete a 150-300 word essay describing your experience at Roosevelt Elementary
School and how it affected your education, including any Roosevelt staff members
who may have left a positive impact on your life. Career and /or educational
goals should be included

April 4, 2008

Complete application and submit along with transcript and
two letters of recommendation (one letter from a current academic teacher and
one letter from a person outside your immediate family) to:
